Next Years Blog

In the beginning of the year we had to do the journals in our notebook every week. This wasn’t nearly as fun as the blogs that we have now. Next year you should keep the blogs, but not make them comment on other kids blogs. Next year I would not give them a blog every week, but give them a couple of weeks and have them make a bigger response. These blogs were a great experience and they helped me a lot with my grammar and creativity. Next year you should definitely keep the blogs, but change the way you do it a little bit.

I won’t forget…

When my parents were in school it was a lot easier for them than it is today for teenagers. I will never forget how stressful and hard school is, and I will be easier on every teenager when I am oder. I think that teenagers parents forgot how stressful school was for them, and all parents should take it easy on their children after coming back from a day at school. If you are a graduate just think of when you were in high school, and how stressful that was. Now people are getting depressed from going to school everyday, and I will never forget the way that I feel now being in high school.

Teaching My Talents

If I had the last 5-10 minutes to teach the class anything, I would choose to teach them how to play the guitar. I would teach them a very easy song like Smoke On The Water, and teach them some cords. I would have very fun teaching them because I love playing the guitar. This would be a blast. 

Difficult Grammar Rules

Every day people in America say something to you that is not correct grammar. You hear the wrong grammar so much that it sounds correct, like when people say “I” instead of “me” or “me” instead of “I”. This really messes up my grammar and that is why I have a hard time with these things. Using the EOCT booklets has helped my grammar tremendously, and as we keep using them my grammar will get better and better.

Personal Assistant

For my personal assistant I would choose Albert Einstein. I choose Albert because when I do not have the answer to something, he will be there to tell me what the answer is. For the week that Albert is my assistant I would have him do all of my homework for that week. Also Albert and I will make a billion dollar project that he would do most of the work for. Albert will be able to make something really cool with all of this new technology that we have today, and I will be right beside him helping. After we build this project, I will be rich and I will not have to worry about getting a job. My life would be great if I had Albert Einstein as my personal assistant for a week.

Alternate Ending For Romeo & Juliet

When Juliet finds out that her parents are making her marry Paris, she goes crazy. She starts screaming at her parents and starts chucking her belongings at the walls. Juliet bolts out of her house in tears and anger, and heads over to the Montages house, where Romeo is. She tells Romeo the story, and Romeo says “do not worry I have a plan.” On Thursday, the day of Juliet and Paris’ wedding, Juliet does show up and she is ready to walk down the lane where Paris stands. Together, Juliet and Paris are holding hands about to get married, but out of nowhere Romeo kicks down the door and shouts, “I object!” He walks up to Paris and punches him right in the face. Romeo then starts holding Juliet’s hands in the spot where Paris was standing. He tells the Friar to proceed, which he does, and Romeo and Juliet get married in front of all of her family, and they live happily together.

Magic Dust

If I was given magic dust to age me ten years from now, I would have a hard time deciding if  I should us it or not.  Being my age is the most fun you have in your life, but being ten years older you do not have to do all of the homework we get now and you do not have to go threw five days a week of school.  When you are my age you do not have to pay for bills, and you have parents to take care of you.  I think in the end I would not take the magic dust, because your best memories happen during this time.  I would not want to be ten years older than now, paying bills, going to your job everyday, and having all of that stress.  I am fine with how old I am right now, and I am ready to make great memories.

Childhood Memory

It was two weeks before the Fourth of July Parade, and I didn’t know how to ride a bike!  I wanted to ride my bike so badly in this parade for the first time with out training wheels.  My best friend, Taylor was a year older than me and she already knew how to ride a bike.  I was determined to be able to ride my bike by the time of the parade.  Taylor came over everyday trying to teach me how to ride a bike.  I tried and tried but I could never do it.  But finally, two days before the parade I got up on my bike and just started ridding! I was so excited!  Taylor ran inside my house and was yelling for my mom to come look at me.  It was one of the happiest days of my life.  I got to ride in the parade right next to Taylor and i could not stop smiling.
